RenewEZ System:

Welcome to the Arizona Office of Pest Management "RenewEZ"
System!
|
|
(Operational since April 1, 2004)
|
The RenewEZ system is a secure, easy, and faster way to renew your
Arizona Applicator, Qualifying Party (QP), and Business Licenses (including
Branch Offices) online. RenewEZ will provide a confirmation page that can
be printed and a receipt that is emailed to the address YOU designate.
To renew online you will need your login ID, password, and either a credit card (American Express®,
MasterCard® or Visa®) or a checking or savings account. Your login ID and password are printed on the renewal form
mailed to you prior to the applicable renewal period. If you did not receive
your renewal form, please call the OPM at (602)255-3664 for assistance.
To begin using the "RenewEZ" system, click on the link provided under the
"Renewal Type and links" column for the license you wish to renew.
